Refund & Returns Policy

Our Commitment

Your satisfaction matters to us. As we deal in handcrafted, perishable food products, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our craft.

Eligibility for Replacement / Refund

We offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product received is damaged or leaked in transit
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired on arrival

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or partially consumed food products cannot be returned unless they were defective on arrival.

How to Raise a Request

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kewalbaafoods@gmail.com or +91 63506 83586 (WhatsApp) with your Order ID and clear photographs of the issue and packaging.

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, refunds are processed to your original prepaid payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacements are dispatched at the earliest.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible under the conditions above.
