Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping charge is applied at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. As our products are handcrafted in small batches, some items may require additional preparation time.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
Payment
Online Prepaid Orders Only (No COD). All orders must be paid online before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order on our Track Order page using your Order ID and registered phone number.
