All products are subject to availability. As items are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture and taste are natural. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.

We accept online prepaid orders only (no cod). Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock or pricing errors, with a full refund.

Delivery timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
